Weight loss and weight gain are not “luck”…
they’re nutrition logic.
To lose weight → eat less calories but high-protein, high-fiber foods.
To gain weight → eat more calories but clean carbs + protein.
Same food? Different goal.
Same person? Different plate.
Your body responds to calorie balance, not confusion.
