Continuing our Life Side by Side theme for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, we’re so proud to see the people we support volunteering at several new sites and so many we serve signing up to work out at Fusion Recplex.
Our DSPs and Activity Coordinators are committed to our mission of advancing lives of connection, and we are so happy to see that in action!

It is finally time to formally introduce our new monthly giving program...The Gardening Club!

You may be thinking “Why would I want to be a monthly donor?”
We'll tell you throughout this month by posting reasons why being a monthly donor truly makes an impact!

To kick off this new monthly giving program, we have a goal of welcoming 20 new monthly donors to the Gardening Club!

March is Intellectual and Developmental Disability Awareness Month! Our theme is 'Life Side by Side' - people of every ability should be together in community living the lives they want and deserve. Let this also be a time to continue to advocate for vital support systems such as Medicaid and SNAP. The Arc of Illinois National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities

We are grateful to be collaborating on these projects. We can't wait to share future updates!

We are excited to share that two of our projects with Garden Center Services - GCS are moving forward!

Brush Hill Apartments, a permanent supportive housing development for adults with disabilities, was recently featured a write-up from Southwest Regional Publishing after it passed approval from the City of Worth.

Construction on its companion project, Garden Center Apartments, is scheduled to wrap up this spring - stay tuned for more updates!

Thank you to the St. Laurence High School Baseball Team for having us at the Valentine's Dance! It was such a LOVELY time - so many of us agree that this was one of our best dances yet! We can't wait for the next one. ❤
