For a long time, I’ve wanted to create something that extended beyond the massage table.

Something you could take home.
Something simple, grounding, and made with care.

So I started blending herbs.

Introducing TLALLI
a botanical line by Respira Bodywork.

The first offering is Raíz, a calming herbal tea made with chamomile, lemon balm, rose, and lavandin.

The idea is the same as what we practice in the studio:
slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the body.

Soon this tea will be served after sessions at Respira — and available in small jars to take home.

✨ Introducing the Respira Practitioner Circle ✨

Bodyworkers spend so much time holding space for others… this circle was created so therapists can be held too.
The Respira Practitioner Circle is a monthly gathering for massage therapists and bodyworkers to rest, reflect, and connect in a supportive peer environment. This is not a class or CE — it is a space focused on sustainability, boundaries, and community within the work we do every day.

🌿 Community-centered and intentionally paced

🌿 Optional sharing, listening always welcome

This year, saying Happy Thanksgiving feels bittersweet. Many families are navigating the holiday with someone missing, for many different reasons. Still, I believe we can hold onto gratitude—wherever we are and wherever life is taking us.
