Join me and special guest Sunday, March 29th from Sunday 4:30pm-6:30pm for an intentional evening designed to bring you back to yourself. We’ll begin with grounding breath work to settle the nervous system, move through a slow yet strong yoga flow to reconnect with the body, and then melt into a 30–40 minute Yoga Nidra for deep rest and inner clarity.

Spent time creating with Dominic who’s an incredible musician, life coach, and artist whose energy you can feel someone who truly knows how to move people, not just through sound, but through presence.
He’ll be playing LIVE while we flow through yoga…
breath, movement, and music all in one space.
I’m so excited to share his talent with you.

slow – Yoga Roots is a space created to support you in returning to yourself through breath, movement, and deep rest. Each gathering includes guided breathwork, slow yet deep yoga asana (accessible for everyone) and an immersive Yoga Nidra meditation designed to help reset the nervous system and restore balance.
Participants are invited to arrive with an intention, something they wish to bring awareness to, heal, strengthen, or better understand. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, we gently shine light on that intention, creating space for clarity, growth, and integration.
Each event will also feature a special guest facilitator. For our upcoming gathering, musician/artist/life coach and very good friend of mine Domminc will be joining us to provide live music during the asana practice, adding another layer of depth and presence to the experience.

Breath PRANAYAMA is where it all begins, it is the key to your yoga practice.
Before we move the body, we meet the breath, because the way you breathe shapes the way you experience everything that follows.
When you begin your practice this way, your muscles receive more oxygen, your heart rate steadies, and your mind becomes more available. You’re not just going through the motions, you’re actually in them.
Spiritually, breath is life force. It’s the bridge between the body and the mind, the seen and the unseen. When you consciously connect to your breath, you create space. Space to observe, to soften, to release what you’ve been holding onto, often without even realizing it. It becomes a quiet return to yourself.
Breath work before yoga isn’t just a warm-up.
It’s an arrival.
And when you arrive fully, everything else
deepens

Yoga Nidra is the space between the subconscious and unconscious where the body fully rests, but awareness is gently awake. In this state, the nervous system shifts out of survival and into deep restoration,
It’s a return to self, a quiet remembering beneath the noise, where intention can be planted and received without resistance. In stillness, the body restores, the mind softens, and something deeper begins to realign.
