It took a while… but this new food pyramid is actually a huge step in the right direction 👏

More emphasis on whole foods, balance, and quality. Less fear-based, outdated advice that reflects better nutrition science.

Is it perfect? No.

But it’s far more aligned with what we know about blood sugar, gut health, and long-term metabolic health.

Progress matters.
