Then I was back working.

And then, I’d overdo it.
Simply because I hadn’t had enough nourishment throughout the day.
But for years, I tried applying the “eat less” advice and kept wondering why it wasn’t working for me.
I already wasn’t eating a lot as is.
I was down to about 1-2 meals per day and the heaviest I’d ever been.
It was SO frustrating but finally, I made the decision to stop starving myself.
I gave myself permission to eat and this created an environment where my body felt SAFE to release the weight.
