๐Ÿฅโœจ Did you know?
Across many Indigenous cultures, rhythm and drumming have long been used for community connection, grounding, and emotional expression. Today, Western wellness and mental health spaces also recognize rhythm-based practices as supportive tools for mindfulness, regulation, and self-awareness.

At MHMHH (Mental Health Meets Hip-Hop), we honor bothโ€”ancestral wisdom and modern techniquesโ€”using rhythm as a creative, cultural, and community-based practice, not treatment or diagnosis.

We believe healing can live at the intersection of culture, creativity, and care.
