Yoga Āsana schedule for March! Come join us for a fun yet deep practice of movement, mindfulness, decolonization, remembrance, and community healing. Participants are sharing having some pretty powerful experiences in class. No es por nada, but my classes are really good! I might be out of town the 21st so no class then, but I’ll def let u all know if that changes. Thank you thank you for all thee warriors that have been attending regularly, those doing yoga for the first time, men being brave and showing up, and for the families that have attended together- we really are building something magical here. Saludos comunidad iluminada! Im finally ready to share Sensing the Soul Nerve part 2 with you on Friday March 13 from 6:30-830. We continue deepening our understanding of our nervous system specifically around the vagus nerve to support deepened awareness and embodiment during difficult times, slowing down to help settle and ground in the present, and manage the ups and downs we are collectively experiencing in society and the world. I put together this medicine to share because 2 hours in pt 1 was not enough time to share and practice, and I have a feeling we are going to need more even w part 2. Why? Because it takes time, safe space, a tender holding environment for our body and soul to heal. I pray that this 2 part into to somatic experiencing and polyvagal helps you continue to “get your reps in” in settling your soul nerve as we shift and transform our realities into one where everyone is safe, loved and has access to all the resources we need to be healthy and live in balance with nature. Illuminated Warriors! Feb sign up is live! We still have support from Casa Cultura to help keep classes accessible! Classes are $25 BUT we were able to get some support to have classes for $10 in Feb. Sign up, come to class and learn and practice some really good stuff. Those that have attended know we do not do a basic yoga class- we talk and learn yoga and toltecayotl philosophy, anatomy, and trauma recovery practices and have fun. Can’t wait to see you again and meet new participants! Class is bilingual Eng/Spanish- All levels, I don’t believe in “beginners” you all have an incredibly brilliant human body and we are simple remembering and reconnecting to your wholeness.

Registration is up for Sensing The Soul Nerve pt 1 for Feb 6! Thank you for your patience as we reorganized in rescheduling this workshop from Jan 23 due to the storm. I hope to see you there. Together we will learn, ground, and get the basics down for supporting our whole self and each other to help us navigate the horrors we are seeing and experiencing daily and to amplify our connection to our body, wisdom and the safety of community 🤍 Cuz that’s how we melt ice and return back to our personal and collective power of transformation 🔥 Thanks to Casa de Cultura, we are offering this workshop for $5. Saludos beautiful community! I invite you to my workshop Sensing the Soul nerve, this coming Friday at 6:30 at Casa Ilumina, a beautiful new space dedicated to holistic healing at . This workshop was first held as part of our Opening series. This is a 101 on Somatic Experiencing I plan on doing quarterly. The first one went so beautifully that I plan on doing developing a Part 2 to have more space to practice and deepen what we learned in Part 1. If you attended in Nov, this will be that same workshop so hang tight for pt 2 in Feb!! And to make things even better- all our programs are $5 this month! This is a workshop valued at $50 soooo you know, aprovechen! Come in comfy clothes, it will be a mix of lecture and gentle moment and body awareness practices. Feel free to bring any pillows or stuffies, seating will be mixed- floor on yoga mats and chairs, whatever works best for you.
