Illuminated Warriors! Feb sign up is live! We still have support from Casa Cultura to help keep classes accessible! Classes are $25 BUT we were able to get some support to have classes for $10 in Feb. Sign up, come to class and learn and practice some really good stuff. Those that have attended know we do not do a basic yoga class- we talk and learn yoga and toltecayotl philosophy, anatomy, and trauma recovery practices and have fun. Can’t wait to see you again and meet new participants! Class is bilingual Eng/Spanish- All levels, I don’t believe in “beginners” you all have an incredibly brilliant human body and we are simple remembering and reconnecting to your wholeness.

Registration is up for Sensing The Soul Nerve pt 1 for Feb 6! Thank you for your patience as we reorganized in rescheduling this workshop from Jan 23 due to the storm. I hope to see you there. Together we will learn, ground, and get the basics down for supporting our whole self and each other to help us navigate the horrors we are seeing and experiencing daily and to amplify our connection to our body, wisdom and the safety of community 🤍 Cuz that’s how we melt ice and return back to our personal and collective power of transformation 🔥 Thanks to Casa de Cultura, we are offering this workshop for $5. Saludos beautiful community! I invite you to my workshop Sensing the Soul nerve, this coming Friday at 6:30 at Casa Ilumina, a beautiful new space dedicated to holistic healing at . This workshop was first held as part of our Opening series. This is a 101 on Somatic Experiencing I plan on doing quarterly. The first one went so beautifully that I plan on doing developing a Part 2 to have more space to practice and deepen what we learned in Part 1. If you attended in Nov, this will be that same workshop so hang tight for pt 2 in Feb!! And to make things even better- all our programs are $5 this month! This is a workshop valued at $50 soooo you know, aprovechen! Come in comfy clothes, it will be a mix of lecture and gentle moment and body awareness practices. Feel free to bring any pillows or stuffies, seating will be mixed- floor on yoga mats and chairs, whatever works best for you.

¡Sumamente emocionada de compartir yoga en comunidad! En colaboración con , les ofrezco esta serie de 4 clases mensuales cada una con un enfoque en la regulación del sistema nervioso y crear un espacio interno y externo donde nos sentimos seguro/a/es de tomar conciencia de nuestro cuerpo y emociones. Será una práctica de yoga con principios de Experiencia Somática, un sistema de salud que apoya la recuperación del estrés y el trauma.
