We move our weekly walks indoors for the season this Thursday. Meet us at 6pm at the Crestwood Recreation & Wellness Center.

And Friday, October 3rd is our Temple Care Workshop - an Introduction to Juicing, Fasting & Plant-Based Eating - FREE!

One of my favorite days of the year is the time I get to visit Dr. Sandy Goldberg and deliver the donation from The Love Walk to A Silver Lining Foundation.

I am thrilled to share that your donations and LOVE resulted in a $5,000 check being shared today - enough to fund screenings for 37 women!!!

2025 was our fourth year to walk for ASLF and our grand total donated since 2022 is now at $14,100!!!

Thank you again to all the donors and thank you to Dr. Sandy for going above and beyond to make sure no woman is without the care they need. I love and honor you! ❤️

Fall Events are loading! ❤️

Including a pop-up Farmer's Market Day next Saturday, September 6th in downtown Tinley Park. We'll meet after 8am Prayer at Krema Coffee (located in the Tinley Park Metra Station and in the same area as the Famer's Market) for coffee & breakfast then shop the market - if you haven't been, it's a great experience so come out and join me! Lots of free parking in the area and no RSVP needed.

On what would have been my Mom's 84th birthday today, I would love to invite you to join me in a personal tribute to her on Saturday, August 2rd as we embark on The Love Walk. This walk-a-thon began in honor of Mary Ann Bradley who fought a courageous battle with breast cancer and left us for Heaven at just 46 years old.

As I just turned 47 myself one month ago, I am acutely aware of the blessing of LIFE and living each moment with gratitude and grace.
The walk-a-thon raises funds for A Silver Lining Foundation, a most integral and amazing organization which provides free mammograms to women to promote early detection and saving lives. 100% of your donations go to this organization (I self-fund all expenses) and they are there for any women who also need them.

The walk itself is simply a fun day to come together, enjoy some sunshine, good company and take a few steps for your own wellness journey. We meet at 8am at Memorial Park, 103rd & Major in Oak Lawn, just west of Central on 103rd. There's no set distance to walk so please just come out, even if you're unable to donate, I'd still love to have you come out. There will be snacks lol! 🙂

I spent this week celebrating my birthday in Michigan and am grateful for another year of life. Thank you to everyone who wished me well -- besides your love, the greatest gift you could give me would be to please join me for The Love Walk on Saturday, August 2nd.

This is a walkathon I started in honor of my Mom - Mary Ann Bradley. She left this world at the young age of 46 from breast cancer. When you donate to the walk, 100% of your gifts go to A Silver Lining Foundation who so graciously provide free mammograms to uninsured women such as myself.
