Your free and sovereign heart - what would it say? Would it speak hard truths to people? Would it bridge the divides? What would you create and contribute if your heart felt whole and safe?

Eons of heart hurts lead us to be cautious, play it safe, play small. Eons of entrapment and webbing contribute. We think it's normal to feel so constrained.

But it's not. Division, fear and chaos are sewn on purpose. And our soft animal bodies have learned the lessons well - it's dangerous to stick out. It's dangerous to make true change. It's dangerous to speak true truth to power.

Can you feel the change though? People are awakening in various ways. People are shaking off ennui and despair. People are waking to their own gifts and power.
Something opened in me just today to say more of what I want to say. Trusting more of this will unfold for me and you during this week of COURAGE.

We all feel those edges - the heart longing for something more. Perhaps it's more connection. More visibility in sharing your gifts. Perhaps you courage to say no. To rest more, to protect your time. Perhaps it's going big for your dreams.

These longings all connect to the heart.
Heart wounds have taught us to protect, to shelter, to go-along to get-along, to say yes when we mean no. Or we say no when we long for human connection, but human connection also hurts.

Addressing the energetics of our hearts will make those next steps, whatever is personal to you, easier, simpler, more natural.

💛Boundaries become about presence and confidence, rather than a hard line.

Beloveds,

How would your life change if you deeply knew love for yourself, and received love in many forms, all the time?

I’m not talking roses and gifts or romantic love, as you know. I’m talking deep level safety and trust, practicing over and over that your essential nature cannot be threatened. That the hurts and bumps and traumas along the way are the paths to knowing and remembering that love within.

I think the world would simmer down quite a bit if and when we experience this kind of primal truth. No need to go to war - with countries, with people with different beliefs, with your own self - when you deeply know and trust that the love abides.

And deeply knowing that you can heal from whatever wounds transpired.

I know and trust the more we tend to things such as energetic heart holes, tears, cracks, the shadow side and bottom sides of our heart, the sacred high heart - the more we can stay steady and weather the storms around us. The more we can connect with love, no matter what.

I was laying in bed in the middle of the night, not sleeping, and mulling this word beloved.
BE-LOVED. What a beautiful way to see and use this word.
My wish is that we all know this intimately - BE-LOVED, from the inside.

Creator Fire is not about artistic projects.

Creator Fire is about your Life Force Energy and how you engage with it.

We could also call it your Zone of Juiciness.

Your Challenge Zone.

Your Growing Edge.

Engagement with Life.

A place where you intersect meaning, purpose, aliveness and growing.

This isn’t necessarily an easy space.

Though it could be! I was talking to a woman yesterday whose herbal business is growing by leaps and bounds and she has to slow it down sometimes so she can keep pace with it.

Sometimes ease and synchronicity leads the way - the signs all align - *You are on the right path!*

That longing for ease and synchronicity has held me up for a long time, maybe it has held you up as well? That longing, combined with my default nervous system pattern of wanting to hide from the world…well, it led to lots of hiding! (nervous system freeze)

Other people might be avoiding their Zone of Juiciness by saying yes to everything, being overwhelmed, and then not really settling deep, and therefore missing some meaning and depth in life. (nervous system fight)

This is not about doing more or doing it better. Being connected to our Life Force Energy has no judgment of good/bad, right/wrong - it’s a presence of being, and some doing may ripple out from that place.

Creator Fire starts today, Sunday - we Initiate together in a sacred space intending to dissolve and evolve some energies, and expand your Vital Life Force together this week.

That friction between your dreams, desires, gifts → and the discomfort of going for it.
When in that friction spot, some people go to shutdown and overwhelm.

Others go to pushing, forcing, working harder.

Neither option is ideal – one leads to unrealized dreams and gifts. The other, if coming from force, might lead to burnout, exhaustion, not listening to yourself. Both can create health issues.

One of my core beliefs – we are capable of so much more.
When working with this belief I personally tend towards overwhelm and shut down. Or futzing around with an idea for way too long.

This can be the path of overpreparation – I just need to take another class first, or learn more before I’m ready.

(Perhaps that true...or maybe that’s an excuse…)

The path of pushing looks like it’s leading towards more of our dreams. And it might be! But if coming from a place of force, that’s low vibe, that’s exhausting, that’s our ego tied up in results, that’s fear of slowing down and feeling.

Connecting to our dreams and gifts brings up so much – it takes lots of practice and touching on discomfort and wondering, experimenting, and kindness towards yourself.

This is not a straight path.

Rather it is a winding, circuitous path ↬ some successes, some exhaustion, some learning.
↬ Leading to more energy, more passion, more joy, more simplicity, more openness, more play.
Creator Fire and Your Creative Expression offer the chance to do-it-together. Going alone is lonely and confusing. Piecing together your guidance from social media is incomplete.
