Hello beautiful people!!!! I hope today is filled with joy, laughter and serenity!!!! As promised, below is a list of new self-care activities to try this week!

1. Meditate

2. Get dressed, do your makeup and make yourself look and feel cute/handsome/sexy!

3. Watch your favorite movie or TV show.

4. Cook something new and exciting!

5. Exercise- go for a walk/run, practice yoga, something to get those endorphins flowing!!!

Hello! I’ve been getting messages requesting journal prompts. Here are 5 prompts listed below

1. What am I grateful for?

2. What makes me feel joy?

3. What does it mean to be serene and How can I create more Serenity in my everyday life?

4. What are my goals for the remainder of 2020?

5. How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected me and how can I come out of this pandemic stronger, wiser and practice more gratitude?

Before you start writing, close your eyes and take 3 deep breathes in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly and steadily. Breathing in calmness, peace and serenity with each inhale and releasing all the stress and negativity with every exhale. Then open your eyes, pick up your pen, pencil or whatever you choose to write with today and begin writing!

PLEASE let me know what you all think of these prompts! I will put 5 prompts up weekly starting on Sunday! If you have any prompts you would like to share please let me know!
