I love making custom sample journals for our stockists. We have some shops ordering passports from us for the first time and we offer these custom samples to put out as display.

I made one for the Palm Springs airport and someone bought the sample over the brand new one 😭😂

A long overdue website overhaul has taken place. And now, we have a site that is optimized to make finding all the goods we have in our retail store, easy to find online! I am OBSESSED with the “new items” section which never worked on my last night. But now? As I upload new items, they populate in real time making it easier for you to know what’s new, even when you can’t make it to our shop in PS.

Day 1 for is a wrap! OMG had so much fun seeing everyone even though my butt cheek is broken and I can’t stand 🤪. But I’ll endure the pain of standing a thousand times over if it means being in Chicago with all my friends, customers old and new, and being surrounded by all this amazing stationery!

Our new tins are FLYING. We did sell out of our Chicago Dog Tin we collab’d with and our Stationery Lovers themed tin and sticker flake set, but we still have other tin sets left and lots of our new journals! Can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

Im happier than an otter at an all you can eat clam bake. Our limited- edition collab trinket tin comes filled with 42 chicago themed washi flake stickers 🌭✏️

With our dear friends at we came up with a fun tin and washi set that captures all the best of Chicago. These will be making their way to and be sold exclusively at Paper and Pencil. We will only have a limited number for our site, that we’ll post after CSF!

I’m VERY BEHIND on filling out my Wanderlust Passport. Honestly. After my dad passed away, it was hard to find the energy to get back into it. But today, I decided it was time to crack open the journals, the pens and dig through the bags of ephemera and stickers I’ve collected over the last 17 months and just put pen to paper.

I’m not gonna feel guilty for being behind- instead, I’m gonna be nicer to myself and just let myself slowly build these pages out. It’s fun looking back at them with fresh eyes and revisiting these moments.

Shout out to my friends who filled these first few pages today from Adobe Max in 2024. 🥰 miss you all!

I got to speak on our capitol for the announcing of bill- AB1776 and share the story that myself and thousands of other small businesses experienced when Amazon scraped our sites without our knowledge or consent.

it was an incredible experience where I got to lobby and get a closer look at how public servants work to enact change. What does this mean for those of us that are still trying to get answers at the how Amazon got a hold of our stuff? I’m not really sure. It’s an ongoing situation but it’s good to know we have people advocating and fighting for us.
