The problem with growing larger plants?

The flowers get so large, heavy and resinous that the main stem cracked and buckled as we were cutting down the Trellis.

With a wet weight of 3+ kg, we think this one might end up yielding 400+ g of dry flower on a single plant...

Which puts us on track for a whopping 2.8 lb / light this harvest!!!

Flushing is a technique that may improve the quality and smoothness of flower before harvest.

The process of flushing involves giving your plants just plain water with no nutrients for a period of time before harvest.

Depending on the setup, growers usually flush their plants this way for a few days up to about 2 weeks.

We had a chance to give music legend George Clinton a tour of our facility...

Clinton is regarded, along with James Brown and Sly Stone, as one of the foremost innovators of funk music.

He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997, alongside 15 other members of Parliament-Funkadelic.

In 2019, he and Parliament-Funkadelic were given Grammy Lifetime Achievement Awards.

He was in town for a concert, and was looking for a unique experience that would also double as a great place to chill, unwind and relax

And most importantly, he LOVED our flower :)

Why did we just get a slushie machine?

We’ve been having a lot of fun with nano-emulsified cannabinoids.

And we can't help but share it with everyone.

Nano-emulsification is a technology that wraps the cannabinoid in a layer of molecules so that it can dissolve in both water and in fat, making it easier for the body to absorb, while protecting the inner substance from being degraded by digestion.

By making cannabinoid molecules (THC, CBD, CBG, etc) smaller through emulsification, one increases the bio-availability of cannabis.

Jahan Marcu, the editor in chief of the American Journal of Endocannabinoid Medicine states the following

“So when we talk about nano w**d, or nano THC, what we mean is…by decreasing the size of a particle you can increase the dissolution rate…if you have a big ball of ice versus crushed ice, the crushed ice dissolved away more quickly…”

So the #1 question we’re getting about our upcoming tasting event is, what’s on the menu?

Our first course consists of our signature Diamond Loco (DAC) strain.

The aroma of this variety is soft hybrid sweet-soury, fruit and berry-lemonade explosion. The offspring of Queen Diamond and Black Diamond OG back-crossed with our Scythian Fire to create an ultra potent strain. As you break up the tall buds, the orange-haired exterior reveals shades of brown. Like it’s forefathers this strain will prompt an appetite, making it an excellent choice for when you want to munch (just make sure you have some snacks on hand).

Diamond Loco is a potent hybrid ma*****na strain bred by Cookies and Lemonade. Not much is known about this strain except that it is believed to tastes sweet and sour like a fruit tarte, with an aroma that reminds you of berry lemonade. According to the breeder, Diamond Loco will give you a potent head high, but you'll still be functional enough to socialize or get some creative work done. Diamond Loco buds are tall with shades of brown and hairs that are bright orange.

Medical patients choose this strain for its ability to relieve symptoms related to chronic stress and anxiety.

Like it’s forefathers this strain will prompt an appetite, making it an excellent choice for when you want to munch.

So this will be the 1st of 8 different mixes of flower and other edibles in an educational evening with a Flower Sommelier

And in order to ensure a premium experience, we are limiting spots to 10 per session.
