Coronavirus: What can I do to protect myself?

1. Limit contact with people (and their families) who’ve traveled Internationally
2. Wash your hands, often and thoroughly
3. Cover from coughs of yourself and others
4. Use Lysol ( It kills it...Read it for yourself...It’s on the label!)
5. Remember symptoms present 2-14 days from exposure
6. Get an N-95 mask in preparation for if it were to become epidemic-pandemic. These can be purchased at places like Wal-Mart (less than $5) and look different depending on the vendor. But, It would read N-95.
7. Know if your local hospital is prepared for an epidemic. At this point you would likely see some signage and/or communication upon entry into a health facility.
8. Review updates on the Center for Disease Control website
9. Ask questions
10. Be engaged in limiting the spread of the virus
