As we close Stress Awareness Month, remember this: healing is not linear. Some days you feel calm, regulated and hopeful. Other days may feel heavier: like old stress pain anxiety or emotional triggers are resurfacing.
That doesn't mean you're failing. It means your nervous system is learning new ways to respond. Stress affects more than just your schedule- it affects your body pain levels emotional health and nervous system.
As we enter into Mental Health Awareness Month, we're continuing the conversation. This month will explore:
