This 1-hour introductory class teaches practical and culturally rooted methods to cleanse stagnant energy, protect your spiritual body, and maintain energetic balance in everyday life.

What spiritual hygiene actually is and why neglecting it causes emotional, mental, and spiritual burnout
How energy attaches and transfers through people, environments, and situations
Daily and weekly spiritual maintenance practices that are realistic and sustainable
Basic cleansing methods using baths, smoke, prayer, and intention
How to recognize when your energy is compromised before it becomes a problem
