I thought it would be boring to wake up and eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to stick to it. But here I am a month in and man I can feel the difference!🥳
I feel so much better than if I were to eat the heavy breakfast sandwich I would eat before.
Now I can spice up my breakfast with banana 🍌 with cinnamon oats, strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 with oats, blueberry 🫐 oats… etc etc.
You really do start to feel the increase in energy and less weighed down! ✨
