If you give a hungry man a fish, he will eat and be okay for today, but will be back in a state of hunger and lack tomorrow.

If you teach a man how to fish, he fulfill his hunger for a lifetime, for he can depend upon himself now.

Likewise if you meditate, and spend time going within yourself, you will learn how to balance your inner world, and you wont need to seek external influences for comfort or wellbeing.

Since everything radiates from a center, anything you feel or face, will first be manifested from within you. And thats where you need to go to tune things up.

When things get too tough in the external world, retreat to your internal world and do the engineering there.
Your inner world will reflect in your outter world.

Same thing for diseases. We use the herbs to fix the internal world, which eliminates the disease symptoms on the external world.

All you need is already within you, but you wont beleive me , because you’re already programmed to seek everything outside of yourself.

I’m vegan but I’m not losing much weight.
Are you vegan or starchatarian? That’s the real question. You have potatoes, rice, beans, pasta, mac n cheese, carrots, yucca, plantain, fried mushrooms, bread, chips, food cooked in oil 4-5 times a week. You must come up with something different. You are ADDICTED to starch. You must break that addiction and that weight will come off in no time. Go on a fruits and vegetables (no starchy vegetables) and you will lose weight.
