I had the most emotional week, in a long time. I took the time off. To seat, to journal, to cry, to process, to accept. At the same time, kept on showing up for myself. Went to a new Lagree spot, ate whole food, show up at work with the energy, did it not only for consistency but because it’s a way to show love to myself, to give myself a place to fall back to that is safe, and to romanticize my life. See what the beautiful life I am creating.

First with my girl what. a. day.
We laughed, pushed through every station, and cheered each other across that finish line!

Training paid off big time 🙌 12 weeks of and runs programmed with to build that 10km speed — it all came together on race day.
