I love what I do! 💕 I love people!

I graduated from college in the 2008 crisis when no one was hiring so I decided to wait on getting a “real job”

In 2010 I decided to become a yoga teacher and quickly grew a six figure business in Miami based on private lessons and training other teachers how to teach private lessons.

I hit my upper limit and realized I couldn’t make the impact I wanted to by spending my time teaching 6 fitness classes a day. I wanted to truly change people’s lives and give them the tools and confidence to take charge of their health without being dependent on me and my time.

I have been working with doterra for over 9 years as an integral part of my holistic coaching and wellness business. It is our trusted household brand name.

At first I was skeptical because I had never worked in direct sales and through it was a pyramid scheme. I had some bad experiences with mlm in the past so I really had to do my due diligence. I didn’t want to host weird party’s or “hey girl” my friends. Not cool.

After meeting the founders, understanding the mission of the company (to provide hope and healing) and learning their model of co-impact sourcing, I realized I had found a brand I could partner with.

As time went on, I stated to transform my community with Holsitic wellness via doterra. Some of my colleagues in wellness started to partner as well. Now we are a team working together. We have impacted more than 20k homes with natural solutions and are just getting started!

There is nothing more satisfying than to see your friends succeed in their health ✨ and reach their financial goals! 🙌

Most of the time behind the scenes I’m actually coaching other wellness professionals on how to integrate a product into their business and start to create residual income instead of trading time for money. 💰

This is 38 🌟🙏

I feel like the part of getting older is knowing myself better. How come people don’t talk about that more? There is just a peace and certainty that comes from knowing yourself and accepting yourself more deeply which seems to happen naturally with age (and yoga). It makes me look forward to aging instead of running away from it! Every 20 something should know how great it is to be over 35!

My skincare routine is longer… but I’m happier!

What would your advice be to your younger self?
