🚨 New YouTube series: SMB Under Twelve
SMB stands for stretching, mobility and breathing. Each SMB workout is under twelve minutes long, requires NO equipment and can be done anywhere. These workouts are a great way to start your day as they are extremely low impact and focus on stretching, mobility and breathing.
If you can't do them first thing in the morning, no worries, do them at any time. You could even do them before bed as the breathing component will really help you relax.

Check us out on your lunch break for a quick 10 minute strength and mobility workout. Every Wednesday, in May, at 12:15 pm CST we are on Instagram live.

Move of the Day! Make sure you check out our move of the day...every day! We post a mobility drill, stretch, strength exercise or corrective exercise around 9 am CST. It’s always different, informative and helpful.
You can find all of the past moves of the day on our homepage, right on the grid. If you’ve been following along and would like us to perform something you haven’t seen us do, dm us!
