1๏ธโƒฃ Carry a 500 ml water bottle. Keep it filled and aim to finish it between your morning tea and breakfast, then refill and finish it between each meal โ€“ breakfast to lunch, lunch to tea, tea to snacks, snacks to dinner. Before you know it, you'll have consumed around 3 liters of water daily! ๐Ÿ’ง

2๏ธโƒฃ Make your water lukewarm, and add a splash of lime juice if you like. It tastes great and helps you drink more comfortably. ๐Ÿ‹

3๏ธโƒฃ Try to finish 1 liter of detox water by noon. Itโ€™s delicious and can boost your hydration levels better than plain water.

Heat it Right: Always make sure your oil is fully heated before adding your ingredients. If the oil isn't hot enough, your food (like vegetables or fish) will soak it up like a sponge!

Steam First: For vegetables, try steaming or parboiling them first. They'll cook faster and require much less oil in the final step.

Beyond the Fry: Ditch the deep-fryer! Embrace other wonderful cooking methods like steaming, baking, roasting, or air-frying.

The Non-Stick Advantage: A good non-stick pan is a fantastic investment, allowing you to cook beautifully with just a tiny amount of oil.

๐Ÿ‘‰Boneless Chicken Cubes: 200g
๐Ÿ‘‰Ginger: 1 inch
๐Ÿ‘‰Green Chilli: 4 pieces
๐Ÿ‘‰Salt: To taste
๐Ÿ‘‰Black Pepper Powder: To taste
๐Ÿ‘‰Bread Slice: 1 piece (cut into small pieces)
๐Ÿ‘‰Cornflour: 1 tsp
๐Ÿ‘‰Soya Sauce: 1 tsp
๐Ÿ‘‰Oil: 1.5 tsp

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method :
๐Ÿ“ŒBlend: In a mixer, add the chicken, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, salt, cornflour, bread pieces, and soya sauce. Blend into a smooth paste.
๐Ÿ“ŒShape: Grease your palms with a little oil and shape the paste into small balls.
๐Ÿ“ŒBoil: Bring water to a boil in a pan and carefully add the chicken balls. Boil for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
๐Ÿ“ŒSkewer: Strain the water and thread the cooked kebabs onto skewers.
๐Ÿ“ŒGrill: Heat a tawa with the remaining oil. Place the skewers on the tawa and grill each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
