1๏ธโฃ Carry a 500 ml water bottle. Keep it filled and aim to finish it between your morning tea and breakfast, then refill and finish it between each meal โ breakfast to lunch, lunch to tea, tea to snacks, snacks to dinner. Before you know it, you'll have consumed around 3 liters of water daily! ๐ง
2๏ธโฃ Make your water lukewarm, and add a splash of lime juice if you like. It tastes great and helps you drink more comfortably. ๐
3๏ธโฃ Try to finish 1 liter of detox water by noon. Itโs delicious and can boost your hydration levels better than plain water.
4๏ธโฃ Include at least 100 grams of fruits like oranges in your diet. They are rich in water content and perfect for winter health. ๐
