Most people would have better success reaching their goals if they changed their mindset.
We’ve talked a lot about this before especially when it comes to eating.
If you mess up or have a cheat. Just get back on track.
Don’t starve yourself and try to make up for it by doing extra work.
Remember you only need to be on 80% of the time to get great results.

Did you over eat this past weekend? With the 3 day weekend we just had, I know myself and many others ate more than than they should. Or more than they normally eat.
The good news, is that’s OK.
Just get back on track. Don’t try to make up for it by starving yourself, doing extra workouts or cutting calories more.
The high calories should kick up you metabolism. So if you jump back on track to your normal nutrition you’ll be right on track.
It may take a day or two to start feeling a bit better and get rid of the bloat you may be experiencing.
The important thing is to get back on track.

Hiit Cardio!
One of the best types of cardio to burn fat preserve muscle is hiit style cardio.
With this type of cardio you don’t need to spend hours on a piece of cardio equipment.
Many of our hiit cardio sessions are only 10-20 mins. That’s the awesome thing. You can keep them short and more effective than the longer cardio sessions!
Too many people do too much cardio and never get the results they’re looking for.

This recipe uses instead of regular milk because it’s much lower calorie and delicious too! Because requires you to be in a calorie deficit, this will be the major🔑 Also having a smaller portion of the yummy but calorie dense food here being the glorious pb 🥜 1 tbsp instead of 2. You can always use powered pb which is great especially in smoothies as it is lower in calories yet still has the taste.⠀⠀

⚖️4 Ways to Measure Fat Loss🔥 by
When it comes to measuring fat loss often times people use the scale as their first means to do so.
While this can help some, it should be your last measures. The other thing is if you’re going to use the scale you must weigh yourself daily at the same time. Preferably before consuming any food. Your body can fluctuate 5+ pounds a day. So if you measure once a week, it could be on a high day and not very accurate.
📸Two other big ones are taking progress photos and measurements. Do these at least every 1-2 weeks. You will often times see changes in photos rather than looking in the mirror. Same goes with losing inches before the scale moves.
📓Last way is to track your workouts. You should see the numbers change on lifts, improve your endurance and over all performance.
Along with tracking workouts I recommend tracking food. This helps give you data so you know how to make adjustments and where things could have gone wrong.
