Most of these programs focus on aesthetics over actual health, pushing extremes that aren’t realistic, sustainable, or kind to your body.
Instead, let’s shift the focus to what actually works:

✔️ Balanced nutrition
✔️ Intentional movement
✔️ Mindfulness
✔️ Goals that support your whole life, not just a before-and-after photo
