You will be creating one-of-a-kind artifacts to support your evolving life.

I need a few new students to help me get across the finish line.
            🌟
I'm in a yearlong program to better understand the science behind creativity and need some fresh minds to explore this topic through a series of fun and playful exercises.

The program requires me to document client experiences with the curriculum as I work to help them draw out their inner creativity.

I like my mornings to be slow and quiet. 🦥
Is it a sin to want the day to romance you a bit before you start your to do list?🤷‍♀️

If it is, I'm guilty🙌❣

I love rising early, and relish the beginning of my day in quiet solitude, free of interruptions and deadlines that await.
They say it provides a foundation for productivity, calm and focus that lasts the rest of the day.
Try it.... you might just like doing nothing and giving your brain a break. 😉😘

Rainy day painting... inspired by the chakras....

Painted in a free manner today guided only by color and motion of the brush. Not meant to be perfect in skill, rather evoke thoughtful meditation.

Ahhh, the vulnerability of letting go and giving up perfection.

Meditating with paint is so freeing.
Calvin loves it too!
