I know it's been a while.  On Jan 1st I started another pouch reset. Last one was 2021 and gain 30pds since then.

I have been craving donuts. I've had one (that lasted 2 days lol) once since post-surgery when the school I worked for ordered a couple with no glaze/topping. I still think it's too high in carbs/fat. Recently I found chickpea flour which I'm planning on using to make stevia shortbread cookies and maybe these. Also thought about making pancakes. I can't do almond flour because I'm still not sure if I'm allergic anymore or not. Still looking for ways to create recipes that are low carb/fat without using any nuts, which is tough!

Latest update. Lost 2 pds, thought I gained. Pizza was involved. It's now too cold to go in pool and lacking modivation to get on treadmill. Water intake continues to be a problem. Still working on it. I was hoping on being under 180 by now but some loss is better than none. Need to gain muscle.

I need to make this for Thanksgiving. The last weigh-in I haven't gained or lost since the last weight. I haven't been able to go in the pool for a week and can't seem to motivate myself to get on the treadmill. I did realize while working on the lawn Sunday, need to weight train and build my upper body strenght. I'm a wimp! LOL

Day 63, week 9. Starting weight 205.8-end 186.5= -19.3. I was really hoping to be under 20 this week. Close. I'm happy with 2 pds.

Back to accountability. Day 56, week 8. Starting weight 205.8-end 188.5= 17.3. I was hoping to be closer to 25pds at this point but the last couple of weeks slowed things down. Hoping the pool isn't too cold today, if not I really need to put in some treadmill time. l My next short-term goal is 178 by 12/3. I would like to hit 150 by June 6th. I want to fit into my old clothes by summer break. Ordered my vitamin patches. Picked up a few new blends.
