I love food! I think about it constantly and have been known for my ability to pack away the plates. I love food, that is a given.
What I don't like is putting on weight because of my love of food. Five years ago, I changed my life and started eating low-carb and increasing the number of veggies and healthy fats that I consumed. Since then, I have never looked back. I eat everything I want but just a healthy and filling version. I believe in eating organic, grass-fed and local.
