“I have to thank you so much for recommending the Slow Flow. It worked extremely well, cutting my flow probably by 50 or 60% after using it just the one day when my heavy flow started. I’m so excited about this. I have had heavy periods for years and it’s probably a big reason why I’ve gotten to this iron deficiency state where I now need these iron IVs. I was thinking I was probably going to have to pursue ablation or something invasive like that and I’m just so thankful that I found a natural solution. Thank you so much!!!”

We are so grateful for your kind words! 🌸 Stories like yours are exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your wellness journey! 💛

Most women are taught that hormonal changes mean something is “wrong.”

Often, it simply means your body is changing.

Hormonal shifts in your 30s and 40s are part of normal biology.
Progesterone may begin to decline.
Ovulation may become less consistent.
Estrogen patterns may fluctuate.

💚 This transition isn’t pathology.

🥺 But when inflammation, insulin resistance, nutrient depletion, or chronic stress are present, these shifts can feel overwhelming.

The goal isn’t to fight aging.

🩷 The goal is to create the internal environment where your hormones can transition gracefully.

Hormones respond to the terrain of the body they live in.

When we address the root causes of an imbalanced terrain, you and your body emerge far more capable of recalibrating than you were led to believe. ✨

What is your intended experience of your body?
Not a goal. Not a number. An experience.
When you get clear on how you want to feel, everything — your choices, your habits, your health — begins to align.

Whether you’re someone with ADHD or who simply struggles to focus more than you used to, there may be true physiological root-causes that can be discovered through lab testing.

But even in the midst of low B12, elevated inflammation, or an insufficiency of omega-3 fatty acids disrupting brain function, how we nourish our capacity to focus matters.

If you find yourself with the TV on as you scroll your phone and talk to a loved one, you are invariably wiring your brain for frenzy.

You see, research shows, our brains don’t have the capacity to multitask. What our brains can do is attention-shift. The collection of stimuli coming into the brain is a bit like a pin-ball machine, bouncing our focus here and then there and then rapidly over yonder.

In a podcast conversation with the lovely Lisa Franz (tag ) today, she introduced me to a term I hadn’t heard: “radical presence”.

How would your brain transform if you embraced a practice of being *radically present* throughout your day - choosing to just do the one thing in front of you?

(Only) emailing when you email
(Only) working out when you work out
(Only) talking to someone when you talk with someone

And if you suspect there is a physiological root-cause to be discovered around your ability to focus, of course, it would be my pleasure and privilege to guide you in your journey.
