We know social media can be a rollercoaster ride for our mental health -- lots of connection.. and lots of comparisons! 🎢 Especially for our teens... It is clear that we are all seeking ways to find balance within our online presence! ⚖️

Kurtis is such an exciting addition to IFC! Through play, he helps children express their emotions in the most authentic way possible. He transforms what he witnesses from clients into therapy sessions that are meaningful to them on a personalized level.
