Shani Shimmers: Plant Based Lip Gloss & Skincare. Black-owned and Handmade. My name is Dr. Andrea Green-Gibson. Shani LOVES lip gloss! Hence, Shani Shimmers Plant-Based Skin Care Product Line for the Entire Family.

I got started in this business because of my youngest daughter, who was then 12-years-old at the time – her name is Shani Gibson, so it was easy for us to come up with the business name: Shani Shimmers. Biweekly, we would shop for lip gloss at our local health food store but that was getting quite expensive so I decided to Google how to make lip gloss and the rest is history. After thorough research and several attempts at perfecting lip gloss, that same store that we’d shop for lip gloss, welcomed “Shani Simmers” lip gloss brand! Having researched the ingredients, I found that many of the ingredients used for making lip gloss can also be used to make other natural skin-care products. Shani and I are so grateful and pleased to have the opportunity to showcase her brand and have Shani Shimmers products available for everyone to explore and enjoy here on Facebook, across all platforms, and at Amazon :)

Can someone please explain to me why the price of Cocoa Butter has almost tripled? It went from $50 for 7lbs to $135 for 7lbs where I shop 😱

🙏🏽 go grab the few 4oz. & 8 oz. Whipped Body Butters, Body Butter Bars, and Lip Gloss that I have left because we have to raise our prices too.
