Zucchini and Butternut Squash Pasta Salad w/
white onions
green peppers
tomatoes
mushrooms
kalamata olives
banana peppers; and
a homemade avocado spread
If you want to be real fancy toss a few cranberries in. Put a side of plantain chips with it and not only do you have an excellent "anytime" salad; but it's filling, healthy & low caloric too.
