Join me for an unexpected immersive sound bath meditation journey. Reset your nervous system as you slip into the theta state where the magic happens! The theta state is a brainwave pattern associated with deep relaxation, intuition, creativity, and a connection to the subconscious mind. It lies between the wakeful state (alpha) and deep sleep (delta). It is considered the "gateway" to the subconscious mind, where fears, emotions, and deeper aspects of the self are held.

You’ll be gently guided into a dreamy yoga nidra visualization and body scan. This immersive evening blends yoga nidra, guided visualization with layered ambient sound, projected visuals, and a deeply relaxing live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. Allow yourself to drift, renew, and reconnect under the magic of the "Marshmallow Moon".

After the Rain is a spring-inspired sound bath designed to quiet the mind, soften the nervous system, and create space for something new to emerge. This experience invites you into the gentle inner season where clarity returns… and stillness begins to bloom.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation and soothing rain-inspired visualization, including a quiet moment to set an intention:
What would you like to bloom in your life right now?
You’ll be gently guided to plant this intention like a seed— offering it breath, warmth, and attention.

From there, you’ll be carried into an immersive soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong, layered with soft rain sounds and gentle water tones—like a spring shower for the body and spirit.

I consider myself an artist. A Sound Bath Meditation ARTIST. Some call it sound healing. I am not a "healer", however you may find some healing benefits from the work I do. Ultimately I am creating a container for you to heal yourself- by allowing yourself the intentional time, stillness and space for your nervous system to calm down. When your body is able to shift from fight or flight to rest and recover, amazing things can happen.
