Candlelight Partner Release ✨

Bring a friend or significant other for an ooey gooey release class! We’ll start with some breathwork to start the journey then incorporate partner-assisted restorative poses before settling in for a long, connected rest.

Prenatal Yoga with .nest starts this week!

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle and Vinyasa-based flow safe for pregnant and postpartum bodies. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed.
🧘🏿‍♀️
Nia (she/her) combines her experience as a doula, personal practice and training to help people continue (or start) moving safely through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Off the mat, Nia loves spending time with her pup, exploring Chicago and always with an iced coffee in hand.

These are our scholarship stickers. Pay what you can for a sticker (minimum $5), and 100% of your contribution will go to a teacher training scholarship fund. Currently, this will support our mentorship program for continuing education, but will eventually support a 200-hour YTT in the future. 🧑‍🎓
