If you want a better outcome, create a better context.
That’s been the focus in my classes all week.
Tap into your inner athlete, as you are right now.
Not when everything is perfect, not when you feel ready, now.
Because athletes don’t wait for ideal conditions.
They train inside the reality they’re in.
And that’s where mindset comes in.
Scarcity mindset says,
“Hold back. Play it safe. Don’t risk too much.”
Miserly mindset says,
“Do the minimum. Conserve energy. Stay comfortable.”
Abundant mindset says,
“There’s more available, but I have to move toward it.”
Here’s the shift:
Taking baby steps is not the same as playing small.
Playing small = avoiding growth
Baby steps = building momentum
Strategy is simple:
Change the context, how you think + what you expect
Take one aligned step
Repeat daily
Outcome:
You build strength, confidence, and capacity, without overwhelm.
You don’t need a massive leap.
You need consistent movement in the right direction.
That’s how everything changes.
What’s one small step you’re committing to today? Drop it below.
Or come take a class with me this week and put it into action.
