A New Face Massage to Kick Off 2026

I gathered all my knowledge from my facial massage education so far, practiced sequences, took notes, refined my work, and I ended up with a finished product I am extremely proud of and excited to share.
This is my signature massage sequence 🧡

The Lymphatic Sculpt Ritual:

Lift, sculpt, and rejuvenate your face with a massage treatment like you've never had before. No invasive surgeries needed for a lifted face and neck and smoother skin!

This specialty massage combines breathwork, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, buccal massage, and tissue renewal massage for truly fabulous results, inside and out.

We start with some meditative deep breathing exercises to get your mind and body in the right space for release and lymphatic work. Then, lymphatic drainage on the decolletage, neck, and face is performed using both my hands and Cecily Braden lymphatic brushes. This lymphatic work is to de-puff and clear toxins that cause a ruddy complexion and contain debris. Then, the lifting tissue renewal portion is performed. I use my hands to follow a specific map of your facial anatomy, manipulate tissue, and release muscles in ways that regenerate your skin health and lift your neck and face. Gua sha massage helps refine the details, like lifting certain places, fading fine lines, or creating deep release in tense areas. Buccal massage, the inner oral portion, is the final way I sculpt and provide deep release in the jaw area. This buccal massage brings nutrient and oxygen flow deep into your facial muscles and tissues, helping prevent signs of aging and keeping tissues healthy. A final cold roller gives you an overall even glow and helps bring you out of your meditative state.

Deep hydration for softer skin? Yes please! This nano-infusion facial treatment ensures that hydrating and firming ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, and aloe travel DEEP into your skin.

We begin with a double cleanse like every facial treatment. Then, a gentle microcurrent exfoliating spatula is used to remove any surface cells and debris while you steam. This spatula uses a vibrational current to break up and lift debris away. After your cleanse and steam, any needed extractions are performed. After extractions, a high frequency light wand is used to kill bacteria and help heal any blemishes. For the nano-infusion, a nano-needle machine is used to infuse hydrating and firming ingredients deep into the skin. The nano-needle pen also creates microcirculation that helps repair skin. After your nano-infusion treatment, a final calming hydration mask is applied to continue to soften and nourish skin. A moisturizer is applied to finish. Enjoy fresh, super hydrated skin!

New skincare products are fun, but tried and true ingredients are fabulous!🤩

I have been using manuka honey in my treatment room for YEARS 🍯 I use the vitamin rich, intensely healing honey to treat dry skin, sensitive skin, acne, and delicate aging skin. It has so many great benefits for skin when applied topically.

I usually mix a few tablespoons of manuka honey with the hydrate mask or the CBD kaolin clay mask. The results are always superb ✨

So here is my suggestion: if you don’t have NYE or New Years Day plans, have a manuka honey spa day! 🧖🏼‍♀️

Head to your local health food store, pick up some manuka honey and mix a couple tablespoons of honey with a little bit of water in a bowl or small dish. If you have a fan brush apply the mask to your face and neck using the brush. Or you can apply with clean hands. Leave this mask on for as long as you want and head into the new year with glowing even skin!

I was introduced to the lymphatic brush and took the lymphatic brush course with Cecily Braden in 2024 and I was immediately wowed by the skincare results and whole body health results we could get from this light to the touch massage.

I now use the lymphatic brush tools in my facials and face massage treatments almost daily 🧡
