No matter where you are, you must take with you your non-negotiable, for happiness. Happiness comes in different forms. My daily requirements include healthy tasty foods, which can include, desserts, if it's that time of the once a week celebration, which many times it means wholesome fruits, fruit filled salads, or pies.
Here is a picture of a fruit salad I created at a buffet, because I was such in a mood of a healthy sweet: I found some plain variety of fruits and created a new dish at my table. I chopped and mixed ripe papaya with pineapple/tangerine that were mixed with marshmallows, but marshmallows removed, peaches, dried cranberries, and tiny splash of fresh orange juice😋. I mixed the fruits well, as if I was mixing pancit noodles (of the Filipino culture). OMG, this was like a Filipino dessert with no added sugar, just 100% fruits mixed strategically. I was excited and joyfully enough to create two other plates for two other people at my table that thought they wanted the exact fruit salad I was having. At the end, it was a happy & healthy eating culture experience.💖💯🌈

😂 Take a nice deep slow breath. Repeat 10 times, now.🙏 We feel better when we take time to breatheee, observe, and learn without judgement. Let's keep it simple. Relationship is a decision we decide we want to relate with that particular person, husband or wife, or girlfriend or boyfriend, on a daily basis to make the wisest and most beneficial decisions... hopefully. Who you choose as a relationship is between you two. You were born into this world, and you will discover what is best between you two, learning & being objective from successes and failures. The mailman or a talk show host, or a neighbor, doesn't decide how the husband and wife life is going be. The husband and wife gotta work with what bring peace, joy, harmony, abundance, love and success, with as LITTLE stress and complexity as possible. You two decide your reality, not some man telling his story and how he failed miserably or vice-versa. God gave each of us a brilliant mind; we just gotta use our mind/brain for the more important things in life...before time runs out🤔. One of the goal in relationship is having fun and elevating each other!! With peace, harmony, service, honor and clear honest communication, we can create amazing successful relationship(s). Have fun and smell the 🌹 flowers. Life and relationship is what meaning you attach to it. So, choose to be in favor of the wisdom you have acquired, the gifts and talent you were granted and be kind to you and those around you, and be open-minded on how you can become a master of your own life.🙏🎆💖
