Creating and proactively collaborating to bring linto existence a new paradigm is a team effort. For those of you who don’t know me or haven’t known me long, my heart’s work has often resided within the grassroots structures of nonprofit community visioning and organizing. I am exploring the possibilities for formalizing this endeavor into a 501(c)(3), but in the meantime, I want to talk with you, the people.

I will be sharing my vision and encourage you to let me know what you think, how your ideas and hopes for the future might align and differ with some of those I discuss here and how we might work together to do better.

have some big updates and this is going to be a long post...

One of the nervous system rewiring techniques my neurologist has taught me over the past five months is to focus on my heart when my mind spins in a rapid succession of flight or fight fury.

“I give this over to my heart,“ has become a regular redirecting exercise. Now, in a different way, I’m expanding this concept into a guiding principle.

Are you the parent of a child with special needs? Are you interested in receiving one-on-one support from an inclusion specialist to help your child thrive? It does take a village to raise a child with disabilities and health concerns. From personal experience, finding the right village of support at times feels daunting. I would see it as a privilege to be part of your village. Paid professional advocate, recreational therapist, behavioral consultant & inclusion specialist, are just a few of my qualifications. I welcome the opportunity to be present for you and your family. I look forward to talking with you about how I can best serve you and your family. Yes, I get it. There is nothing like somebody else on the other side of the conversation that gets it.

School is in and I know how stressful it is for a special needs child to navigate this environment. Let's make this year awesome!

I’m overjoyed to introduce the newest member of the family, Greta! She is the sweetest AKC golden retriever puppy, keeping us on our toes 24/7! Greta has some big plans of her own and we’ve got some for her, including training her to become my service dog! I can already tell it’s going to be a wacky, wild ride! We invite you to come along for the adventure, joining us for service dog training, daily adventures and surprises as well as recipes for home-cooked, nutrient dense meals! As always, I am passionate about organic, locally and ethically sourced ingredients for optimal health and healing... our furry family members deserve no different. Watch us grow and learn

I am so proud to be able to share with you our new coffee, Giddy Up!

Locally roasted, organic, ethically and sustainably sourced, this Colombia and Sumatra blend is cultivated and roasted with precision and passion for premium beans.

Behind every coffee is a story, including Giddy Up. Earlier this year, I stumbled across a hidden treasure in our community, a horse haven that not only tickles my fancy for horses, but also inspires my creativity. As a lifelong horse lover, I’ve always felt comforted by their presence.

My new friends Diva, Mariah, Sunny, Aurora and of course, Koffee, appeared just when I needed a friend. Instead, I made nearly a dozen. The gentility of their majesty, overflowing love, and tender compassion warmed my heart.
