All Inclusive Health I help clients find peace and balance with food and body in a weight neutral way. Hello! I believe that people of all shapes and sizes deserve respectful care.

My name is Anne and I am passionate about helping clients recover from eating disorders, chronic dieting, and disordered eating. My specialization is in intuitive eating and helping others heal their relationship with food and body. My approach to health and nutrition is weight-inclusive, and I will always focus on helping clients find peace and balance with food and body. I like to come alongside my clients to explore eating habits, body image, and emotional ties to food with compassion and non-judgment. I will support you in making changes depending on what you’re ready and willing to do. As a supportive member of your healthcare team, I work with other professionals, if needed, such as doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, coaches and trainers. I earned my Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Chico State. Prior to earning my MS, I earned a certificate in Integrative Medicine through Integrative nutrition in NYC. Join me and together we can reclaim your body wisdom, find peace with food and body acceptance. https://allinclusive-health.com/

So why do we skip it?

We can’t go without food or water for days without noticing it. But, we can go without exercise for days without actually having any bodily complaints.

What if, instead, exercise became one of those non-negotiable to-dos, like feeding our animals, getting kids off to school, going to work.

It’s so easy to skip a workout or movement.

Next time, try using the reason why you exercise or want to get started as a quick reminder for decision-making. It may be, “I feel good after. I have more energy. My stress level will go way down. I will experience less (or more manageable) anxiety.”

If you are still struggling with starting a routine, plan something small and attainable.

When people focus on why exercise matters and acknowledge their efforts, despite their appearance, they have a healthier body image.

Self-efficacy also has a direct and consequential impact.

By engaging in enjoyable and exciting physical activity, a person’s belief in their capabilities naturally improves.

You might think body image improves due to weight loss or changes in body composition, but scientific studies show otherwise.

These negative feelings about weight or shape also correlate with less exercise. It’s not surprising that people who have negative feelings about their weight or shape are less likely to exercise.

Still, studies show that those with the poorest body image receive the richest psychological benefits from exercise.

If you are not happy with your food, nutrition, or your feelings about yourself, if you are finding yourself on a constant diet trying to achieve these weight and nutrition goals, book your call right here- on www.allinclusive-health.com and let’s get you on the path to healing your relationship with food and body.

We won't be completely satisfied with each meal. Some meals are just about nutrition.

Imagine, though, what it would be like to be mostly happy with each meal.

Please respond back and let me know what you do. Try and enjoy as many meals as possible without any guilt attached to them. Try making a list of your favorite vegetables, protein, starch, and fat and devise ways to combine them.

Why are we using guilt as a way not to eat as much or what we truly want to eat? Are we successful in this?

I asked my client what purpose guilt served for her. She replied, “It keeps me from buying the pint of ice cream at Trader Joe’s.”

Next was a picture of this fantastic fruit tart that a chef made for her while in Italy. She thoroughly enjoyed that tart and didn’t feel any guilt.

So why do we sometimes feel guilt and other times we don’t? Message me back and let me know if this is something you do too?

When it feels difficult or overwhelming, try to be patient with yourself and keep practicing self-compassion.

Do. Repeat. Mess up. Do again.

Remember, making changes is not linear. It’s windy, messy, challenging, and confusing. Don’t worry about messing up; keep moving forward compassionately. You can be your best coach. “You got this. Keep going!”
