We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, playful and responsible assistant to join our team. Interviews happening 12/8-12/11

Typical duties include:
Curriculum implementation
Arts and crafts supervision
Song, dance, and reading
Assist in bathroom needs
Light cleaning
and watching a maximum of 8 children at a time.

Candidate must:
Have reliable transport
Be over the age of 18
Be able to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
Be non-smoking
Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid within two months of hire.

Job is Located in Chico, near Marsh MIddle School. Pay is $16.50

Your kids have me trained...
I was in public the other day and a 4 year old was really having problems with some big emotions, and I could see Grandpa was a bit overwhelmed. It took everything in me not to let the words slip out of my mouth "Use your words, can we take a deep breath? Watch me..."
I didn't, but I did shoot Grandpa a kind smile to let him know he wasn't alone and there are hundreds of other parents/grandparents going through the very same thing at that very same moment.
Parenting is the most stressful, unpredictable, and rewarding jobs we will ever have... and as a provider it's so hard to stop myself from trying to offer support, especially when it isn't asked for.

Ummm how are your toddlers sleeping for you? Because I want all the naps I never took as a kid! 😂😂
It’s been a VERY busy week here at Rugrats! Your little ones have been busy making all kinds of special decor to display for the holidays! Who needs Walmart when you’ve got kids (and us 😉😉)?!???
Here are some of the projects we have been working on in addition to our normal curriculum and playtime too of course!

Potty training doesn’t have to be stressful!! We have SO many ways to make the experience fun for your little one and less stressful for you! Ask us about it!

This little guy just turned three and is having lots of success. It isn’t important that they have immediate results, we want to take this slow so they don’t feel pressured or stressed themselves! I mean would you look at this kid?! Having the time of his life!
