Videographer Opportunity (Documentary Style) – Real Story, Real Impact

We’re looking for a videographer (student, intern, or early-career creative) who wants to work on a meaningful, documentary-style project. Great opportunity for one to build their portfolio and make an impact in the lives of unique individuals.

This project will follow the process of creating a custom prosthetic eye and document a client’s personal eye loss story. It’s a unique opportunity to capture both craftsmanship and a powerful human story.

The final content will also support In the Blink Foundation https://www.intheblinkltd.com/, helping raise awareness and funding for individuals in need of prosthetic eyes.

What we’re looking for:
• Interest in documentary-style storytelling
• Ability to film natural, real moments (not overly staged)
• Basic editing skills are a plus
• Someone reliable, respectful, and comfortable working in a sensitive setting

What you’ll get:
• Real-world portfolio content with a strong story; great opportunity for a unique portfolio
• Behind-the-scenes access to a rare and artistic process

The last couple of weeks have been a big shift for us at EYEMKR! We welcomed our newborn to this world on 3/22/26. This transition has brought a lot of joy, a lot of gratitude, and not a lot of sleep. 😅

We’re easing back into the office, posting on social media, finding our new rhythm, and taking things one step at a time.

We appreciate your patience while we get caught up and settled into this new routine.

We welcomed our son, Elias, on March 22, 2026, at 9:05 AM. He weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces, and we are soaking up this special time with our little boy.

We’ll be taking the week off so Hannah can recover and our family can settle in. We apologize to any clients who are reaching out during this time, and we appreciate your patience while we step away briefly. We’ll get back to all messages as soon as we can.

👁️🧼 Keeping your prosthetic eye clean at home can make a big difference in comfort and socket health.

🫶 In this post you’ll see a few of the products we recommend for a simple home care routine. Each one has a purpose and can help keep your prosthetic eye comfortable between professional clean and polish visits.

• Sterile saline – helpful for rinsing your prosthetic eye and socket
• Prosthetic eye wipes from – for gently cleaning the surface and removing debris
• Suction cup tool – for clean, safe, and easy removal of the prosthetic eye
• Eyehesive eye patches from – helpful for protecting the socket from dust and debris.
