I don’t know how many of you are like me but my head has been really scrambled as of late. Monday mornings are really anxious for me because I look at the schedule for the week ahead and think that there is no way I am going to get all this done. Somehow I always manage and I feel good at the end of the week. I guess the best way to look at things is one day at a time, not the whole week at once. That same attitude can be applied to our exercise routine. Let’s just go at it one day at a time. One day at a time for 30 minutes a day. We got this! I can tell you this ….
