OLD BONES Fitness Studio is not a gym. It is just what it says it is, a studio with me William Molebash. Together we will work on strength,stability and flexibility. If you are a senior and have no ambition toward exercise you need to come see me. If you are a senior with heart stints, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint replacements or weight problems then you should come and see me. We can do this aging thing together and we can have some fun doing it. OLD BONES is here for you…….. Don't be a stranger (as my grandma used to say). :) :) :)

Happy Palm Sunday! It’s going to be a beautiful day! This will be my last post until after Easter Sunday as we enter Holy Week. I will be extremely busy with church duties as well as being in deep self reflection as I navigate a new beginning for myself. We will be using the video library all week as I will not be in studio. Happy Tuesday! Chair Circuit #10 is loaded and ready! This lets us know that tomorrow will be the start of a new cycle back at #1. This is a great time to jump in and get started and quit saying maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow. Let’s make tomorrow be TOMORROW and get going. It costs about 30 cents a day to exercise with me and you can cancel any time you like. I am still getting my Facebook Live glimpse videos figured out and maybe I will be able to drop one today but I have a lot on my plate right now so we will see what the day brings. You are worth a half hour a day and you are worth 30 cents a day to be the best that you can be for day to day function.
