Take a few slow deep breaths to feel present in your body. Then bring your awareness to your womb space. Allow yourself to really breathe and sink into your womb space. Now bringing your awareness to your Yoni feeling the energy swirling and tingling. Bring your awareness back to your womb feeling her softness her warmth. Visualize a gentle pink or orange light that fills your womb space with warmth, life-energy and pleasure. All while taking slow deep breaths. Breathe deep into this light, it is peaceful and joyful. Let your body be infused with this joyful peaceful energy thats vibrating in your womb space.

Now envision connecting your Yoni with your womb and feel the energy pulsing and swirling, the firey warmth of the connection of the two. Taking
deep and long breaths, just stay in this space for a moment allowing yourself to feel calm and relaxed as you let yourself sink in this sacred space. let your Yoni know that you are offering Her your full presence and the safe space that She needs and deserve.

Bring your awareness to your heart space, feel the warm loving energy here, breathing out any sadness or frustration from this space and only focusing on the warm joyful love thats swirling in this space, smile 😊 to yourself loving yourself knowing you are divinely loved. Honoring who you are , how far you've come, how much love you have to give yourself and others.

Once you feel this joyful love gently swirling in this space bring your awareness back to your Yoni, your sacred WOMB, the pink and orange light, that passionate energy you feel tingling and welling up here. Envision gently pulling that energy up through a sacred channel, connecting it to the green and gold light in your heart space. Feel the energies merge together. Warm almost hot, gracefully merging and swirling together. Still breathing slowly and feeling the movement of your breath throughout your body.

✨️Authenticity IS Magic✨️

This is for men and women.
You don't need to be perfect to inspire others. Often, your imperfections, flaws, downsides, whatever you want to call them. Those are the things that connect more meaningfully with people. Life isn’t about knowing everything or being flawless; it’s about showing up despite difficulties. Showing up for yourself, for the life you've cultivated, for your partner, your kids, even though it may not be "perfect". Let others observe your authentic way of facing challenges, even if your confidence isn't so high at times. Show how you embrace your pain openly, loudly if need be —not as a burden to hide, but as a part of your growth that fosters resilience. Because this is REAL life. Navigating through emotions and trials and tribulations isn't supposed to be hidden. Its supposed to be shared, all parts of it. We aren't meant to be alone, we are meant to have closeness when we need it most. It shouldn't be viewed as a burden to others or something you need to hide because your ashamed of wa others might think or how it may burden them.

When you express yourself authentically through all aspects of your life people observe your resilience, it inspires hope in them. Your authentic and graceful acceptance of flaws motivates others to think they can do the same. Even though your challenges are difficult, they become a source of inspiration, showing that healing doesn't have to be perfect, progress can be uneven, but every step forward is valuable. The whole fake it till you make it......yeah it works but it only lasts so long. And sometimes in certain situations it does more harm than good. Do it with Authenticity and it will last a lifetime. This is the ripple effect that makes lasting impressions.
