🍁🍂Join Karie Wednesday morning at 9 am!🍂🍁
Our hour-long practice will entail Hatha & Vinyasa styles which will connect our breath with the meditative aspect of the pose and incorporate the physical practice of the poses, some more static and some more flowing.

I will always offer a modification for a pose using blocks or folded blankets.

All levels are welcome and encouraged.
