📢 Retirement Announcement
Dr. Sandra Skeval, MD

Dear CFM Pediatrics Families,

After nearly 30 years of providing compassionate, expert pediatric care, Dr. Sandra Skeval will officially retire at the end of this year. Her final day seeing patients will be Friday, December 26, 2025.

We are deeply grateful for the many years Dr. Skeval has served the families of CFM Pediatrics and formerly Wee Care Pediatrics. Her dedication and warmth have made a lasting impact on generations of children and their parents.

Ensuring a Smooth Transition for Your Family

To support continuity of care:

✨Sarah Oddo, PA will continue to care for patients at the Cicero location.

✨Dr. Toni Picerno, MD will return to the Cicero location and begin seeing patients there on December 15, 2025.

✨Many of you may remember Dr. Picerno from her prior years at WeeCare Pediatrics, where she was greatly appreciated by patients, families, and staff.

✨Together, this experienced team will ensure your family continues to receive the personalized, high-quality care you expect from CFM Pediatrics.

If your child is currently seen at our Cicero location, you will continue to be cared for by Sarah Oddo, PA, and we’re pleased to welcome back Dr. Toni Picerno as of December 15, 2025.

If your child currently sees Dr. Picerno in Baldwinsville, please note that she will no longer be available at the Baldwinsville office after December 12, 2025. You are encouraged to continue care with her in Cicero, or work with our team to transition to another provider at Baldwinsville.

We understand this change may be an adjustment and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is here to help ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition for your family.

“After practicing nearly thirty years in pediatrics, I am planning to retire at the end of this year.
It has been a privilege to care for the wonderful families at WeeCare Pediatrics and CFM Pediatrics.

You have blessed me with your trust in caring for your children. It is an honor all providers should cherish.

CFM Pediatrics is fortunate to have Sarah Oddo, PA who will continue to work at this location and Toni Picerno, MD who will be back working at this office in December. Dr. Picerno worked at WeeCare Pediatrics several years ago and was loved by patients, families, and staff.

🎃👻 Spook-tacular Safety Alert! 👻🎃

Hey, ghouls and goblins! As Halloween approaches, we want to make sure your night is filled with treats, not tricks! 😱 Let’s keep our little monsters safe while they collect all that candy!

Here are some quick tips:
- Bright costumes: Add reflective tape or glow sticks!
- Buddy system: Always trick-or-treat with a friend.
- Check the candy: Inspect goodies before munching! 🍬
- Rain Gear: If you are going to brave the rain, purchase clear ponchos so the kiddos can still show off their costumes. 🌧️
- Too Cold: ❄️ You can usually find indoor trick or treating events at your local mall.
