counting macros and eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up things you love!

I am loving and since we got them in Cincy! Enjoying this sweet coffee treat *once in awhile* isn't going to put me off track of my goals - where it gets problematic is when you're ordering sugary drinks everyday.

Enjoying things you love in moderation is the beauty of counting macros. Track it, and move on.

GLP-1s are the talk of the town lately.

On or off GLP-1s, muscle is your metabolisms best friend.

Keep protein as your priority. This can be a struggle as your hunger cues start to disappear on a GLP-1.

Continue lifting with a muscle-building program and dont get discouraged if your energy is lower as you consume less food. Walk daily, and adjust all of this as hunger shifts.

My coaching protects strength and sanity, so the results you’re seeing don’t vanish when GLP-1 doses change.

Unpopular opinion: stop ‘hacking’ your food. 🍲

If your ‘high-protein hack’ needs eight non-typical, low-sugar, ultra-processed foods, it’s not real; it’s a science project.

Keep it simple, whole, nutrient-dense, and repeatable.

80/2 wins every time: 80% whole, unprocessed foods, 20% fun, processed foods. Start with a protein, add in color for carbs and fiber, and finish with a touch of fat for flavor.

If most of your meals and recipes look like this, you can't lose. 🙌🏻
