At this point, this spoon is basically an employee in my kitchen. 😂

I use my .lynn.martin Creami Spoon for Creami's, yogurt bowls, oats, cottage cheese, sourdough starter, ice cream, smoothie bowls, jars, containers, and honestly whatever else needs the job done.

I kept showing up… even when it felt slow, messy, or like nothing was changing.

If you’re in the “it’s been a few weeks and I don’t see it yet” phase...good. That’s the phase where most people quit.

Save this for the next time you feel behind.

Consistency is the glow-up. 💪

Cutting carbs has become the automatic answer for everything… bloating, fat loss, energy, “getting back on track.”

But in my experience, most women do not need to cut carbs.

They need more consistency, better portion awareness, enough protein, strength training, sleep, and a plan they can actually stick to.

Carbs are fuel. 💪🏋️‍♀️

They support training, energy, recovery, and yes… they can absolutely fit into fat loss too.

So no, I’m 💯 not recommending you cut out an entire food group every time you want results.

I’m recommending you stop making nutrition harder than it needs to be.
Eat your carbs. Build your meals better. Be more consistent.

I made a fun little “pink drink” at home and it turned out SO good over ice.

Recipe:
1 Bloom prebiotic drink
2 pumps sugar-free strawberry syrup
2 pumps sugar-free coconut syrup
Small sq**rt of Torani sugar-free strawberry sweetener
Splash of Chobani toasted coconut coffee creamer
Ice

Mix it all together and enjoy ✨

It’s sweet, fruity, creamy, and gives major coffee-shop pink drink vibes at home.
