The story of our company began 10 years ago when I fell in love with caring for the elderly. I received my state certification when I was 18 and began working as a State Tested Nurse Aide in 2007. I worked for several nursing/assisted living facilities, hospitals, rehab facilities and private home clients as well. My passion for caring increasingly grew over the years with the experience I gained, which led me to open a private, small, home care agency. The recent cyber attack has not only affected our agency, but several other companies around the U.S. as well. Like this company below, we have not been paid in MONTHS!!! Where is our money?!?! Our employees are struggling. Our clients are missing services! Our owner, Jamie Thomas, has spent over $90k of her own money to ensure her employees were paid but with payments still not sent from Molina or Aetna healthcare, she is contemplating on closing down until payments are received.

Service providers that are paid out by agencies like Medicaid say they’ve only been getting partial paychecks, or none at all.
