Ch-ch-changes! Time for a Pound This upgrade! Pound This is now Pound This Path! Continued discussions on all things mental & physical health — but ditching the scale on the logo for walk in the outdoors instead. For me, so much of my physical wellness has come from walking/hiking/running in the outdoors. Research also shows that time in nature can really be the best medicine. Out here taking different paths and seeing where they lead me and sharing stories along the way on this podcast. Hope you can listen!
