This moment is personal.

The vision for A Defined Way Healthcare & Transportation began as a conversation between me and my mother. It was just a thought, a dream built on love, compassion, and the desire to care for others the way she cared for others.

Just one week before my mother transitioned, I received the official approval for my business. Her passing shook me deeply, and in my season of grief, I paused everything… but today, I’m proud to say:
I’m back. I’m ready. And the business is officially active.
