We gather in community on full-moon 🌕 Thursdays to manifest a deeper sense of wellbeing and self-nourishment. Gratitude to Wave Pool for the encouragement and support. 2940 Colerain Ave in Camp Washington.

Friends, we have rescheduled tomorrow’s Dark Asana for April. It’s a popular event that brings many together, but for now it’s best that we practice social distancing. The covid19 situation is a rapidly changing situation. We’ll keep you posted on class and event scheduling. Thank you.

Cincinnati - I’m pleased to announce that you’ll be having a regular Dark Asana class at Findlay Yoga beginning March 13th! This studio holds one of the strongest set of teachers in the Queen City, many whom I’ve known since first discovering yoga. I’m also happy to announce that this class will be led by the luminous Lisa Owens, who first introduced this unique yogic expression to me years ago.

Make sure to register at Findlay Yoga through the event link to secure your spot. January’s class was large, so space may be limited if you wait until the last minute. Future classes will be added, so stay tuned!
