This Friday, March 13th, join us at the Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow: Bloom Series with DJ Fossils coming all the way from Columbus! 🎧

This night is curated for people ages 16+ who would like to experience somatic release, joy, and connection with a grounded, welcoming community. 🫂

With the theme of rooting, we will do a somatic body scan and warm-up before we hit the dancefloor! Then, after the dance, we will end with a 10-minute sound bath with live instruments 🧘‍♀️

It is also Chris's birthday! He and his partner, Ashley (Sacred Serenity Healer), will be selling a variety of powerful homemade cleansing, healing, and protection products ✨🧿 Come celebrate with us and wish him a happy solar return 🌞!

Spring is almost here 🌞 and the March schedule for Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow is packed full of beauty and life 🌼

FIRST FRIDAYS ARE NOW FREE (but donations are appreciated)! First Fridays are welcoming to all ages and there is a potluck and a raffle!

The pre-dance activities are all picked to gently open us into the spring energy. 🌻

We also have some amazing guest DJs lined up, including Violet Fae Lyra who has been doing sound baths at Cincy Flow for a few months 💖

We have a special ✨Chakra Balancing✨ practice prepared for before Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow: Inner Alchemy Series this Friday!

Engage in guided somatic movement, mantras, visualizations, and affirmations to heal and align the energy centers 🧘‍♀️🕉️

Then experience a 1-hour live DJ set from DJ Lionaura featuring high-vibrational music that will awaken your chakras. The music will start with grounding drums, work up to high-tempo dance music of various genres, and end with ethereal frequencies and a serene soundbath from Violet Fae Lyra!

Sacred Serenity Healer will also have amazing products for sale on site that have cleansing and healing abilities to give your energy field a full reset and tune-up. 😌

At our Authentic Relating: The Art of Human Connection, experience play, deep connection, full presence, and healthy communication through guided exercises, games, group discussions, and honest 1-on-1 conversations. 🗣️

This experience will ease social anxiety, feelings of loneliness, and triggers that can come up with others. You will have opportunities to explore boundaries and healthy conflict, speak your truth, and listen with presence. The goal is not to be perfect, but to be real.

Anyone is welcome to come as they are and practice the art of being human together🫂

Friday, Jan 2nd is an all-ages "party" with a New Year intention-setting, a potluck, ecstatic dance with DJ Lionaura, sound bath from Violet Fae Lyra, products for sale from Sacred Serenity Healer, and a raffle! 🤩
